Value is always subjective
If someone is selling water and one person has a well, a distiller or knows how to make a distiller or has access to / knowledge of a spring water source, the water being sold probably has less value to them as someone who does not have access or knowledge of the water source.
Or if a table is for sale and he knows how to make tables as another example. This is true with all things. All value is subjective.
You might pay .001 bitcoin for water, the man next to you might not value that water equally. Maybe he has a lot of water and knows there may be a better deal for water in the future.
And people actively sell their bitcoin for different amounts of fiat currency, valuing their bitcoin subjectively
