I’m using WoS and a zap is taking a loooong time. This and the app disappearing from US App Store surely means something is up. 
There was a split, those who followed the sun calendar “sons of light” and those who followed the moon/lunar “sons of darkness”.
The lunar calendar is not as accurate and would mean they would celebrate events on the wrong day/dates
All very curious.

But they added the rainbow farting cat meme. That’s what is important.
The DSS are fascinating, and not only included extra Biblical texts from the second temple period (e.g. 1 Enoch) which adds so much context to different events in the Bible, but actual older Biblical texts that helped give weight to the other texts too.
I'm actually half way through Josh Peck's "The Lost Prophecies of Qumran : 2025 and the Final Age of Man" book, and I recommend it. It's currently unpacking the DSS Calendar by the Essenes amazingly line up with events from the Bible, but even what is to come.
