The disembodied spirits of the giants [Nephilim].

I hear that Israel is Jesus' special possession (?)
Lets look at the scripture that people will use for this;
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

This describes the people of God - those who place their trust in Christ - using language formerly used of Israel.
In the OT, beginning with the exodus narrative, the people of Israel are often described as a nation chosen by YHWH to serve as a priesthood (see Exod 19:5–6; Deut 4:20; 7:6; 14:2; Isa 43:20–21).
This language is now applied to believers in Jesus since they are connected to the cornerstone, Christ, and belong to the chosen people of God (1 Pet 2:9–10).
Here is an interesting tidbit around the name of Jesus [Yeshua] whose root meaning is "to free/save/deliver";
Jeshua (Yeshua) is a shortened form of the name Joshua (Yoshua) or Jehoshua (Yehoshua)... The name Jeshua is derived from the Semitic root meaning “to free, save, or deliver” (y-sh-ʿ).

In LOGOS software it appears to link Satan in Matt 4.9-10 to 1 Chron 21.1 where [the] Satan was inciting David to number Israel… and we know that YHWH was in fact the adversary [Satan] in that situation via the same account in 2 Sam 24.1.
I find it incredibly curious that LOGOS has linked Satan in Matt 4.9-10 to an instance of YHWH being [the] Satan.
