Depends how objectively it is imoral. If it is a critique to anything that someone else is doing and this person can change it (as speaking or acting for most people are free acts, that have the source in your conciousnes and you can change it if you want) there should be no legitimation in silencing this critique. Since it would hinder improvement.

When a critique goes to unchangable things, like color of skin, sexual orientation or your origin, I think these are very weak attacks and should be clearly isolated by other users (morally, not legaly) but should only be banned, it hurts the personal rights of someone. Like if you would post my address, real name and phonenumber, this would go against my rights and I would try to make this post disappear with leagal measures. And hopefully most hosters would comply.
