- guess what happens on Python 3.10 🤦

Python packages compatibility management is indeed a pain

I’d love an app that lets me listen to music while listening to podcasts and audio books.

Currently do speakers + earphones.

Take a look at https://jackaudio.org/ if you're on Linux, you should be able to create virtual audio devices and mix them to you preferred output
