Today's recipe is my low carb bread, soft wheat style (not gluten-free). It makes great sandwich loaves, dinner/sandwich rolls, and baguettes (I’ve also done pizza crust with it). Oh, and toast is back on the menu, keto/low carb people ... I hope you enjoy!
