i made a lot of experimental electronic stuff that was inspired by industrial and cinematic music. i had to teach myself MIDI programming in a videogame environment on Dreams (PS4), and had to "invent" my own way to export and sync the audio to manipulate and properly mix it in Ableton.
...then I got a degree in Music Technology to deal with it all the right way and legitimize my self-taught skills. :)

I did it all the time just because I liked to.. it was just my way. But we later taught the classes to do it for each other every time.
I watched so many bold, strong people cry, tear up stuff, break their work, and quit.. that compliment sandwich stuff cools that right down most times. Prevents it even.
If somebody cracks under that easy system they got a big problem.
