While admitting that AI *can* be used maliciously and in a harmful way against humans, you are admitting that some bitcoin use cases can be non compliant with some legal frameworks.

With AI you are stating a cold fact, with bitcoin you are tiptoeing around definitions and semantics.

But it would also mean depriving ourselves of all the negative implementations.

And since there are no negative implementations on bitcoin, whereas there are many for the AI, it is safe to say that’s it would be more safe for humans to shutdown AI rather than bitcoin.
