假如有几百个用户连接了proxy 中继，proxy 就得开几百个连接到目标中继上，目标中继一看，这个ip搞这么多连接，第一反应应该就是先把这个ip拒绝了吧
Damus域名被墙无法加载，测试装回1.3.0(1)后恢复正常
