Milly, Mike Pence, and even Dr. Fauci have had their quality of life greatly diminished because they chose to work for him. It should be an honor to serve the country as a cabniet member. He’s not wrong. If you’re engaging in some sort of criminal behavior in whatever country you live in, based on that countries laws, and you hold BTC then yes you’re putting your holdings in danger. Doesn’t seem like that’s unreasonable to me.

When you die and you hold bitcoin your bitcoin could potentially also die with you. But you could have some sort of “smart contract” or an arrangement with a lawyer (a will) to sell your bitcoin as you wanted for whatever reason you wanted. Maybe you wanted your bitcoin to continue to pay your property taxes so nobody ever owned your land. Or it could fund a park or an athletic club for kids.
