At the core of economics is a bunch of individuals making decisions on whats best for themselves. The aggregate of all these decisions is how prices are discovered.
The reason the economy is so fucked up right now is because governments are making decisions for individuals based on what’s best for the government.
Nothing will get fixed until we flip all of our systems to be bottom up (people making decisions for themselves) instead of top down (governments making decisions for everyone)
