I've heard a bit about Hi-Fi Rush. Is it pretty good?

I honestly don't know, I went to the steam discussions to see what people were saying about where the game is at and people with the backer beta of the game were saying it was either pretty good or they were having issues even running it. I thought the game was already at a release state by this point.
