There are times I like a little extra space in certain areas. Double, triple enter didn’t change it. No big deal, minor thing, my own preference.
Hey nostr:npub1wknnynef25547s07n30lfcha2hc7sj9e27kkvy3usz0cpc0fefdsqe0x62 this web app is rad. Wondering though why the header image displayed differently from the preview…?

May be a YakiHonne thing.
Looks funky on Damus.
Why doesn’t nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 (right) show the last 9 hours of this guy’s notes?

Looks like it was an issue on that user’s end.
I just did a test post because I wanted to test it. But as an article, so hopefully doesn’t mess up anyone’s feed.

What’s Preview mode?
Damus iOS app works with my relay over Tailscale (sending notes to it at least). I’m guessing it connects directly to relays, whereas webapps may have something in between (i.e. not on my Tailnet).
Oh, referring to this about testing. Def wanna test. With more than one word.
o3 feels like agi. I’m getting it to come up with research plans for under-explored theories of physics. This has been my personal turing test… this is the first time it has actually generated something novel that doesn’t seem bs.

An analysis of the plan from another o3:
“The proposal is not naive crankery; it riffs on real trends in quantum-information-inspired gravity and categorical quantum theory, and it packages them in a clean, process-centric manifesto that many working theorists would secretly like to see succeed.”
Wow
Do some clients do it by default? I only know choosing ‘Article’ in YakiHonne.
Ah yes, much better
Seriously though, what’s that about and what is the etiquette?
Wtf that’s messed up. I have the same relays in both so seems I should see them in Damus unless there’s some kinda special sauce with the app itself…?
Tryna figure out why none of your notes for the past day show up on Damus (I can see them fine on YakiHonne).
I was, but now that 2/3 of my kids are out of the house I drive too fast in the neighborhood. And my 90 yr old neighbors drive even faster.
The short answer, mainly cuz I wanted to see if I could. And that it saves my notes, and the blastr function works. Outside of that I won’t be able to use Blossom, and I never really planned on other users using it.
The longer answer gets in to why I use Umbrel in the first place (simplicity has a lot to do with it) and why I didn’t want to use the prepackaged relay on the Umbrel store.
I removed the three relays from the blastr file, did "Update the stack" and restarted the container, but Haven is still attempting to connect to two of the deleted relays:
2025/04/18 00:15:42 error connecting to relay
2025/04/18 00:15:57 error connecting to relay

Nm didn’t actually delete the first time. All good.
Why would I run #haven on #portainer on #umbrel OS connecting with #tailscale?
I’ll explain it sometime.

Short of using someone else's front end, can this be done directly?
"You can upload images and videos to this relay and get a link to share them."
I can't seem to figure out how to connect to the blossom directory of find links.
