Your voice is your valor

Is your fear due to neglect, procrastination, or denial? Which side of the spectrum is preventing you from showing up, standing up, and speaking out?

Will you comply again? I’ve reflected on this phenomenon, and sadly, it will only get weirder. The veil is drawn, and each person must choose whether to live in deception or courage. Have you noticed the brave ones around you?

In neglect mode, you know what is happening, but you decide to ignore it, sweeping it under the rug or hiding it in a drawer.

In procrastination mode, you are forced to act at the last minute because you are addicted to risky situations and have managed to pull off a few close calls by chance.

In denial mode, you believe it never happened, it isn’t happening, and it will never happen.

These are all #trauma responses, so the key is to treat your nervous system to be ready when it signals that something is really off.

Well, I have to accept that of the five emotions, anger is the most familiar to me and the one that drives me to provoke creative outcomes. At times, I have to give it time as my responses should come from a place of contemplation and not spite.

When I was little, this emotion fully drove me, and I have been able to surrender the bile and transform it poetically through somatic practice. Sometimes it is senseless and could erupt when I have become severely deaf to my instincts. This happens when I don’t measure the space I need to care for my needs first.
