One of my university professors once told me that the key to an effective course is what you leave out. It's easy to inundate students with information, especially when we first start teaching. We often think like students, eager to showcase our knowledge.
However, teaching isn't about creating an encyclopedia. It's about helping students grasp and retain new knowledge. So, instead of wondering, "Did I cover everything?", ask yourself, "Can I simplify my lesson by omitting some details?"
What I like and what my nutritionist recommends are two different things 😂. But if I had to choose 1, probably butter.
