I haven’t watched this yet. It’s a documentary called, Below the Belt, about endometriosis. I’m having a watch party with my endosister on Monday, but I know this story. It’s my story. I encourage all of you to watch this. I am the one in ten.

I was texting yesterday, and my student said, “You texting your husband.” I asked how he knew, and he said I was smiling. Then just now, I heard him singing in the shower and couldn’t help smiling again. 23 years together, and the thought of him still makes me smile. Love you, #[0]
#[4] is awesome with cast iron. He has a cast iron wok!
Typically faster, which I think makes it easier. Indirectly, anyway. This stretch is always the hardest, though.
