I am Tinne, 35 years old, and I am a carnivore. I have been so for the past 9 months, and it has changed my life and perspective on a lot of things.

I no longer have osteoarthritis pain in my knee, no more seasonal allergies, and I’m not freezing all the time. I have better mood and energy, no excess worrying, and better skin, nails, and teeth—just to mention a few!

I share my experience with this lifestyle, along with recipes, tips, and tricks, as well as my personal thoughts and views on health and nutrition.

One thing is for sure: the carnivore lifestyle has really opened my eyes, which has led me down many rabbit holes—because once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

I may have gotten a small drone. Here is our main garden. It only took 2 crashes to get it.
