I had the opportunity to present at one of my first conferences on the carnivore diet last weekend. Many attendees were individuals suffering from chronic degenerative diseases, drawn in by the positive health transformations they witnessed in their church priest, whom I had been treating. His remarkable progress inspired them to hear me out.

My key takeaway: Engage community leaders, and the rest will follow. The results will ultimately speak for themselves.
