You deserve what you tolerate.

I have no words…

What do you like about it and how does it differ from these two?

JFC. Either this guy is actually retarded or is so caught off guard by the question that, were he to answer it with even a fraction of honesty, it would expose the whole grift. Wow.

An interesting development in the Buckeye State.

I just started using nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 because i was turned off having to deposit 100k sats to nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg to set it up.

Set up a Zeus and still had to put up 25k sats or whatever to set up a channel to olympus. It is pretty slick.

But tbh i thought it was more noob friendly. I am a total Lightning noob and used to WOS and Alby.

So issue i encountered was inbound and outbound liquidity. I have one channel and suddenly I couldn’t receive more sats. Either needed to open a new channel or get more/buy liquidity. Or send some sats off to another wallet to receive more.

Maybe I will dip into those things when I am more familiar. To handle more sats. If you will use it for nostr/zapping one channel should get you far.

Still what is kinda cool is that it is custodial and don’t have to deal with email addresses or accounts. Another cool thing is that you can make your own lightning address.

What I don’t get with Zeus tho is the PWA. Would be cool to have a PWA with seedphrase and access anywhere.

The bit about liquidity and potentially needing additional lightning nodes is where my understanding falls off. This is likely a general lack of understanding around lightning in general on my part.

I don’t mind the upfront sat requirement, although I want to understand why they’re needed before proceeding.

#Zeus vs #Mutiny

Looking for advice between these two as a primary wallet for payments/purchases. Both seem well regarded but I’m having a hard time understanding the differences and what makes each unique.

Bonus: are there any resources I can check out so I can better learn about these and their underlying tech?

Exactly. Nutjobs and legitimate extremists do exist. My assumption is that they are an extreme minority and certainly nowhere near the numbers represented on TV with events like PF.

Tough year for Boeing whistleblowers.

That’s got nothing to do with piss.

Back-to-back posts in my feed just now.

Building on this #damus discussion from yesterday.

I no longer believe the cause to be new posts altering your feed position upon tapping Home. I tested it and found my position shifted even when no new notes had been made between tapping the post and returning Home. It also occurred when tapping an image, so it doesn’t appear to be specific to just viewing comments within notes*

To those who commented saying this has always been the case. You’re correct. It’s only now becoming apparent to me. I think earlier I had a blind spot for it and subconsciously accepted it as the quirk of a new app.

It isn’t a dealbreaker, but it is irritating. Not enough to make me leave Damus. Not even close. However, it would be an appreciated QoL improvement to see it addressed. Is there a dev we should be zapping to support such a change?

*Being unfamiliar with how Damus operates, if the app treats clicking a note’s image the same as tapping into the note itself the same then this statement is inaccurate. nostr:note1sdvkae3tk0e6dw42nz3qxdzysy02m5cjxxucs0vm6enn072gx53skxh9u5

Even better: walking downstairs after your wife has made her first cup and that aroma hitting your nose and giving you that indescribable morning uplift along with all those positive scent-tied memories of previous great mornings. #gm

Saw a deal on an IWI Tavor x95 this morning. I’ve been wanting one for a long time. Love bullpup aesthetics and find them fascinating. It was basically BIN pricing (at least relative to current prices). Was very close to buying it.

Then I checked the #bitcoin charts and remembered lessons learned about #TimePreference and a post that hit my feed yesterday about #delayedgratification.

Wish I could recall who posted it to give them credit for the timely inspiration.

Been catching a little of that. Didn’t realize it was what this post was referencing. Thought I may have missed another clandestine bill being passed.

Thanks for clarifying 🤙
