During the pitch day of this Icelandic startup event, one team wanted to build an app that would help users to apply money from their unions. The amount of money on unions' bank was over 60 million USD! It's working classs money but they have to apply for it.
Yet another example of evil fiat. And yet somebody could built a for-profit company to make money from this wrong system.
The problem is not "it's hard to apply for my union grant". The problem is "Why the hell union had my money at the first place".
Think people, please think.

The vision is bigger than Obsidian.
We will implement real-time collaborative editing as well.
Sync is free because we just use relays. Publish is free because you will publish your note as 30023. Obsidian's 8 USD/month is over priced.
We will probably just charge users 5 USD / month for some premium relay storage/network support and totally optional.
We will make Obsidian and Notion so pre-history.

1. In a world where the data producers and consumers are different software, the consumer will end up handling all sorts of formats because they different producers will just do their own special thing.
2. We should just use a non-replaceable version of 30023 for markdowns and merge it with kind-1 feeds.
Of course, some client developers will intentionally not do that or don't event expose the artcle's event id in their UI to increase their centralization of users.
We should encourage people to share just the nostr event id instead of the url of the specific client. I still like to read articles on Habla.

1. Colors alone are not friendly to color blind people.
2. Colors alone are too broad. For example, Green usually means "OK/Good". If 3 UIs are all green, are they all "good"? "Good" in what sense? Adding a shape shrink down the possible semantics. Adding a hover word shrink it down further. Making it more precise.
Therefore, I always recommend color+shape+hover word.
This note is also to remind myself that I don't 100% execute my design principles in Blowater either. It's very hard to come up good UI in both beauty and semantics.
Sometimes the beautiful UI is semantically messed up. Sometimes the intuitive UI just looks boring.
