I’ve been looking for someone to build me an escrow account for construction contracts! I wrote one for the ADA chain when I was a shitcoiner. But for what I do, I need to get paid with bitcoin. I build permanent structures so I want permanent money.

It in it for the Nostr aspect. The real winner is going to be the world. I’m one of those nutters who thinks the potential for nostr to surpass that of Bitcoin. What good is a freedom money if we can’t communicate freely?

If we can use key pairs to prove ownership, we can use them to prove identity. If we can prove identity, we can use it to vote. You will be able to change your vote, right up to the moment the polls close and the results will be known instantly, with 100% verifiability.

If we can restore confidence in the free and fair election process, everyone wins. If you can vote with your phone, there’s no excuse for not voting.

It’s not the result that matters so much as, everyone’s vote counting. People will much more easily accept the results as long as they know their vote was counted.

By that point, the dollar will not exist outside of, a novelty item at guns shoes and flea markets. It’s tomorrow at 1:30 my time.

In fact, my company converts all fiat to bitcoin first, so when I pay myself, it’s with bitcoin. Then I use crypto debit cards to spend it anywhere visa is accepted.

It breaks my heart that I spend bitcoin and the store gets dollars. They could be getting bitcoin. But that’s about as close to dollars as I care to get, these days.

100% of my money is bitcoin. This is the right allocation. Not just the savings.
