This means that you will be able to purchase more real estate if you choose to with the same amount of Bitcoin in the future than you would be able to with the same amount of US Dollars.

At this point, this is an established fact with historical data where Real estate becomes perpetually more expensive when saving in Dollars and perpetually cheaper when saving in BTC.
