What does it mean for bitcoin?
You cannot launch an active lightning node that doesn’t hold #bitcoin. Right?
Unlike the banking system, the lightning network is a 100% fully-backed capitalized network.
There is no fractional reserve lightning node.
All these new lightning nodes will need liquidity to remain active.
