Shoutout to the state of Arizona and the House of Representatives for pushing Bitcoin bills to get passed. So far 5 Bitcoin bills have cleared the committees, floor votes, and have moved forward successfully. The only thing left is the final House/Senate votes or Governor approval.
Senate Bill (S.B.) 1025: Permitting “up to 10%” of government or public fund’s capital to be invested in bitcoin and other digital assets.
S.B. 1373: Similarly proposed both purchases of digital assets, and also limits the amount which can be invested.
S.B. 1128: The Cryptocurrency Payment Authorization Bill. Allowing state agencies to accept cryptocurrency for various obligations such as fines, taxes, fees, and penalties
S.B. 1062: The Bitcoin as Legal Tender Bill.
House Bill 2387 (H.B. 2387): $2,000 limit on how much cash an individual can place into a Bitcoin ATM per-day.
