I stopped watching the news, stopped following politics. I drink a little less in the evening and improved my diet. I’m getting more exercise doing chores around here like stacking wood and I get a walk in most days. I’m sleeping well, drinking more water and saving in #bitcoin .

The difficulty most people have with #Bitcoin is that it’s digital and most digital things like emails, photos and texts can be copied infinitely.
