But you can’t do an elevator pitch for #bitcoin. #BTC takes hours to explain.

Inflation is not prices going up, it's the purchasing power of your dollars going down.

From what I’m reading these days the goal for #bitcoin seems to be using it to buy coffee without paying $200 in fees.

…and also having it become the world’s reserve currency.

Remember when there was a thing called the middle class? You owned a home, 2 cars, 2.3 children, had enough income from one partner working at one company their whole career and 2 weeks vacation each year. You barbecued on Saturdays, went to a drive-in on Sundays and took Valium if everything felt meaningless.

What made all this possible was sound money.
