A dude named Ludd. Follow along as I build and rebuild the Carbon Kitchen, my ongoing culinary experiment and experience in my backyard. Maybe some gardening. And the occasional rant. And a bit of RUSH when the mood strikes me. Okay, probably a lot of RUSH.

Nothing says bourgeois pig like owning an olive spoon.

Sure, plenty of posers don't use them for that, but plenty more are used as intended. Every brick, bag of cement, yard of sand, and bale of straw that went into my cob oven came home in my truck bed. I've rebuilt my house, from th3 foundation on up, and every piece of material was transported in my truck. I've camped off-grid, towed boats and other vehicles with it. As I mentioned earlier, indispensable.

I just spent a few minutes looking for my headphones. Turns out they were on my head. That is all.

There was a 7 hour long concert at Yankee Stadium yesterday. It was celebrating 50 years of Hip Hop. Do we have any numbers on the death count?

And from the very same band that sang about grave robbing and necrophilia, we get a Gordon Lightfoot cover. https://youtu.be/Y8LBkYjniTU
