Die allgmeinen Leistungen sind ja bei alle Krankenkassen gleich. Es gibt je mach Kk nur Unterdchiede bei den Zusatzleistungen. Wenn man keine Sonderleistungen braucht, kann man eigentlich jede KK nehmen.

Aktuell leider nicht. Da die Probleme und Gefahren seitens der Regierung über mehrere Jahre einfach verharmlost bzw. ignoriert werden, sehe ich da auch in nächster Zeit keine Besserung. 🤷‍♂️

In der Zeit der DDR war Dresden nicht nur eine Stadt mit reicher Geschichte und beeindruckender Architektur, sondern auch ein Ort, der von einem tiefen Gefühl der Ungewissheit und Kontrolle geprägt war. Das "Tal der Ahnungslosen" ist ein Begriff, der oft verwendet wird, um die besondere Situation der Menschen in Dresden und Umgebung zu beschreiben, die aufgrund der geografischen Lage und der politischen Umstände von der Außenwelt weitgehend abgeschnitten waren.

Die Bezeichnung stammt ursprünglich von der Tatsache, dass die Region um Dresden herum nur eingeschränkten Zugang zu westlichen Fernsehsendern hatte. Während die meisten Menschen in der DDR die staatlich kontrollierten Medien konsumierten, waren die Dresdner oft auf das beschränkt, was ihnen die Regierung präsentierte. Die wenigen, die in der Lage waren, westliche Sender zu empfangen, wurden schnell zu einer Art Informationselite, während der Großteil der Bevölkerung in einem Informationsvakuum lebte. Diese Unkenntnis über die Realität im Westen führte zu einer tiefen Verunsicherung und einem Gefühl der Isolation.

Die Menschen in Dresden lebten in einem ständigen Spannungsfeld zwischen dem Wunsch nach Freiheit und der Realität der Überwachung und Kontrolle durch den Staat. Die Stasi, die Geheime Staatspolizei, war allgegenwärtig und sorgte dafür, dass abweichende Meinungen und kritische Stimmen im Keim erstickt wurden. In diesem Klima der Angst und des Misstrauens war es für viele schwierig, sich eine eigene Meinung zu bilden oder gar den Mut aufzubringen, gegen das System zu protestieren.

Trotz dieser repressiven Bedingungen gab es auch in Dresden eine lebendige Widerstandsbewegung. Künstler, Intellektuelle und engagierte Bürger fanden Wege, ihre Unzufriedenheit auszudrücken, sei es durch subversive Kunst, geheime Treffen oder die Verbreitung von Flugblättern. Diese mutigen Menschen trugen dazu bei, das Bewusstsein für die Missstände in der DDR zu schärfen und den Samen des Wandels zu säen.

Die Wende von 1989 brachte schließlich die ersehnte Freiheit, aber die Erinnerungen an das "Tal der Ahnungslosen" bleiben. Sie sind ein Mahnmal für die Gefahren von Zensur und Kontrolle, aber auch ein Zeugnis für den unermüdlichen Kampf der Menschen um ihre Rechte und Freiheiten. In einer Zeit, in der die Welt erneut mit Fragen der Freiheit und der Informationskontrolle konfrontiert ist, ist es wichtig, die Lehren aus der Vergangenheit zu ziehen und die Werte der Aufklärung und des offenen Dialogs zu verteidigen.

Unpopular opinion: Rust would be great, maybe even the best first language if it had a really really good tutorial/course/... for complete beginners. The reason is the compiler is your free mentor. Without a great compiler newbies are left alone to solve confusing bugs.

It really depends what you want to develop for. Js for web, python/rust for backend, kotlin android /swift iOS, I would say. (Rust-nostr has bindings for all of these)

It used to be that if you wanted to get into the porn business, you needed to pay real humans to have sex on camera. Wallah, Playboy was born! Nowadays things are different. All you need to be is an Ai developer living in your parent's basement with loose morals. A quick search revealed 68 USA Universities with Ai developer certificates.

After two men recently reached out to me about getting hooked on Ai porn, I knew that I needed to check it out. I found a blog with 72 Ai porn sites indexed by best ratings. As I opened up a handful, what I found was terrifying. So what exactly is Ai porn and why should we all give two fucks?

Ai porn is the ability to go to a website and type in exactly what you want to see. Age, size, build, bust, butt, race, facial feature, facial expression, anime, realistic, etc. Basically whatever you can imagine it will create, whether legal or illegal in this physical 3D reality. Mostly its photos but video is on the horizon.

Unlike PornHub, where its free and therefore you are the product by the ads they serve you, these sites are built as a pay to play model. You get a few free credits and then you gotta pony up. So not only are they commercializing your life force, they are also commercializing your wallet.

What I find to be the most disturbing is the sites which allow you to upload your own photo and then they undress the person. Just consider that for a second. If you have a photo of yourself on the internet, someone could save it and undress you, switch your gender and then begin wanking off. #deepfake #dystopian #terrifying

This has already become an issue in NYC where teenage boys did this to girls in their school and it spread like wildfire. Legal actions are now being taken but state laws haven't caught up to how fast the tech is spreading. Be especially aware if you're a parent and install the browser blocker called www.bark.us.

The other thing I find super disturbing is that the images that other users have created and which get ranked highly get stored into a library which you can view. Seeing what people are creating is downright freaky. I have no idea why people want women to look like devils and goblins but I have a few theories that I won't share publicly.

So what's the big deal, it's fake anyways? Nah, bro, it's not. Ai porn shackles men by making you think your ai girlfriend is real and you're truly creative. She's not real and this is not creativity. Plus, it proliferates the parts of the psyche which eroticize perfection. Lastly, this type of porn breeds narcissism - Whatever I can imagine, I can and will have!
