Yeah blood letting is the bio hack - sweating also great. Iron from enriched foods / copper reduction in food - lack of magnesium- from round up - enriched food - antibiotics- rekt iron regulation

School had never suited my way of learning, and even today, that conditioning makes me feel like I don’t “study” enough. But I’ve come to understand that my way of learning is different. I process complex systems in my head, moving information around like Tom Cruise in Minority Report with his interactive screen.

My learning comes not from books but from doing—and then analyzing the patterns that emerge.

I share this to encourage others to find their own best way of learning. Don’t let archaic schooling systems, which prioritize rote memorization and secondhand learning, define you.

Beneath the conditioning, you are perfect. And together, we can learn how to dismantle those limiting programs.

Dr Tabata I believe is the researcher who found doing 5-10 min high int ex per day was all you needed. I use an app for it - exercise for lazy people 😬

so, i have been doing pull-ups as my first foray into getting into doing a regular #workout, and i think i can do maybe 3 pull-ups now after a week doing this

my escalation in this domain to further success is going to be squats... pushups are also upper body, so i want to go easy on adding more to that area without some balance

of course, because of my regular exercise based on needing to climb some 20m of altitude on my ~1km walk to the shop on a daily basis, i'm starting at a pretty high baseline... i can do 30 squats, it seems, i stopped at the point where i started to pant a lot and feel noticable beginnings of pain in my legs

i think this is gonna be easier for me to push forwards because i have already had the need to develop fairly strong legs from my physical location and lack of vehicle, but i am going to continue the pull-ups as i go

the thing i'm looking forward to in doing the exercise is that this will have a result, pretty quickly, of making my daily chores easy, and that means that i will probably start to think about making a routine of visiting Arco de Sao Jorge, the nearby settlement over the other side of that giant ridge you have seen in my photos of my surrounds here, the other side of the gully where the water flows out to the ocean nearby

of course, when i finally get to going out on that track, over the edge of the mountain, i will take photos at least once maybe twice of what i see along the way

i'm also getting low-key excited about the thought of taking the foot-trek path out to Santana, the nearest big town to me, and seeing it finally - it is the point at which all the main americas optic fibre cable bundles land and provide us connectivity to that part of the world

#exercise

10 min Tabata is awesome for conditioning cv system and strengthening the body. I choose 4 ex usually press-ups / burpes / jumping jacks and a ab exercise. Does the job

Mineral dis regulation is key to understanding #health & lack of it

GM nostr - #coffeechain Kenyan blend today - quite bitter but doing the job

I’m more of a simple guy when it comes to add ons - massive emphasis on remineralisation/ sunlight / food / grounding / meditation- they are (hyperb) probably very good but the only machine I would want is a sauna - one day 🔥

I worked with a client recently on a troublesome cough than they had been experiencing for a couple of months.

I found the main energy weakness for her was a sinus infection (yeast) caused by negative mental thoughts around the hamster wheel of ignore / paying attention to. (root cause)

When I asked her about what situation in her life was bringing up this hamster wheel, she thought for a moment & mentioned a problem with her kids & not tidying or doing anything in the house for her. She said it was her main complaint/stress in her life.

As she said this she realised that she had told her german friend about this problem with her kids the day before, & used the expression “Die Nase voll haben”

The literal translation is: “To have the nose full”

That realisation was the start of the clearing of her sinuses which are much better now.

The mind & body are inseparable in #health.

____

“Die Nase voll haben”

What does it mean and how is it used? This expression is just another, more creative, way of saying “enough is enough”. It’s often used when someone is fed up with a particular situation and no longer wants to talk about it. For example, if you are fed up with the loud music your friend is playing you would say “Ich habe die Nase voll von der lauten Musik!” (I am fed up with the loud music.) You might often hear people say “Ich habe die Schnauze voll!” – in which case they replaced the word “Nase” (nose) with the less polite slang word “Schnauze” (snout).
