I was trying something new. I used the Nuwave to cook skirt steak for 2 1/2 mins on each side. An internal temperature of 140° was a little more done than I liked, but it was still juicy and fried eggs.

Chuck steak and hard-boiled eggs.
This is a tougher cut. It was brined with soda in the fridge for a few hours and then salted before gas grilling @ 550° four minutes on each side.
