This is a sick way of thinking about this.
I think it strongly depends on one's attitude. If discussing idea or concepts that are mechanical, factual, methodical, mathematical etc. in nature, then you do not have to involve bias.
Take a list of properties that need evaluating or procedure that needs executing. You either are or aren't complete. Your bias may motivate you to be extra thorough, but the result should be simple: it's correct or not, it satisfies or not, it corresponds or not.
I think biases are sometimes used as an excuse as well. One can simply work with concrete information, rules, items, guidelines, and evaluate based on these substantial notions.
It may not always be that simple. But it pays to put effort into making your evaluation based on those.
