Check out the news about the NIP-94 implementation for images in Amethyst, no other client (as far as I know) has inplented this so non-amethyst users cant view images Amethyst users post.

I'm seeing a lot of 'post not found' in my feed

Zaps are bitcoins, called satoshi.

If you set up a wallet like Walletofsatoshi, you are given a lightning address like isolabellart@walletofsatoshi.com like mine.

You enter it in the appropriate field in your profile and even if you don't have bitcoins in the wallet, you can still receive them, and if necessary donate them to others in the future.
