We do vanlife and last year we had to turn on the car to get heat when it was cold. This year we have solar panels filling a battery and then GPU mine (but get paid in bitcoin) and it gets HOT!

We might not be making a lot of sats, but we sure don't need to spend any money on gas to get heat anymore!

Yep! I first wrote this on my private facebook to let the normies see a glimpse of my journey, but liked what I wrote so I wanted to share it here too.

I'm not in bitcoin because I can get more dollars for it. I'm in it because it's real!

I wanna keep all my sats, but I also want a house at some point, so the higher bitcoin goes, the less of my stack do I need to give up for the house!

I put some money in a savings account that gave me 0.7% interest, which seemed quite good.

Then I found out about #bitcoin and moved the money there. It has gone up over 3.5 times what I put in, in about 1.5 years.

So, instead of 1.007, per 1 unit, it's over 3.5 per unit!

So, instead of barely keeping up with inflation, the value if my savings is actually going up!

Nope, we told her to make sure to keep them safe and none digital!

We gave my sister-in-law's kids bitcoin for Christmas a year ago. The youngest one's we put in self custody on the mom's phone, so they've been checking the price go up together. Yesterday she called and asked how to buy $5000 of #bitcoin for herself.

Last straw was a $35 pizza now cost $45!

Even if you have a stack of a billion dollars that you never touch, you may be rich today but eventually that stack will mean you're poor.
