On Nostr you are your npub you are not your username.

There is also your nip-05 that identifies you in case someone else wants to impersonate you.

For example my nip-05 is :

isolabellart@nsec.app

And no one else can have it like it because it's tied to my npub.

It's not an account, so usernames are a poor terminology. You aren't a "user" of a platform. Its more like a handle so people can search you by a name with an @ sign. So yes many people can have the same username but nobody else has your npub.

With nostr, your npub is the platform.

No matter your politics is refreshing to see young hollywood actors sticking to their principles instead of the woke mob. There are very very few, and she is probably the only A-list actress who is doing it and is still allowed to be successful by the hollywood mob.

There is no seed phrase on the Primal wallet. The only backup is the email you activated it with.

It is definitely better to have the wallet separate from the app especially when the numbers start to get big.

But don't worry, Primal is fine to start with, when you find a lightning wallet you like, you can simply move your Bitcoins around.

Great!

That's fine, now you will receive your sats (bitcoin cents) directly inside Primal, but you will also be able to use Damus because you now have your lightning address set up.

Yes of course Primal is also good, it has a built-in wallet where you have to enter your data, but it is not necessary to be true, except your location.
