1.Changeit.ua - if I need to transfer more than 150$ to my Ukrainian card (it takes few seconds)
2.I have two friends who have been with #bitcoin for a while and helping me with the smaller transactions like 6-10$.. (it takes hours or days).

Everyone has their own perspective on #graffiti, and that's okay. For me, this form of street art has its value, and considering it as vandalism is just one viewpoint.
