Woke up with stress inside and tiredness ,so I did this :

•Texted to GPT and my therapist. - got support and information.

•Meditation.

•Shower.

•Weed :)

•Pu-erh #tea .

•”Dickinson” - new series has started.

•Healthy breakfast.

•Writing something on the paper.

Today I felt #happiness.

So ,yeah, going to create good day in Odesa and today coming back to Kryvyi Rih !
