Heresy stuff has me in great form. Stalled on my death guard as the MKVI just didn’t feel right. MKIII getting up to the new scale has me excited again to do something there.

But oh my Élisse Duchaard. What a miniature. Just amazing. The Old World is taking its time - but every mini I see just makes it feel like it’s totally worth the wait.

It’s a really detailed shield paint job and you feel a character like this deserves that? Love all 4, but that touch more texture for the eyes to linger on for horses shield wins the day.

Gamepad.club seems newish, and there’s a good dash of video gaming along side minis (though it’s maybe the opposite way around). They have a brilliant admin team however so seems like a growing decent space.

Wargamers.social is quiet, but the accounts are quality. 2/2

I’ve been very lucky to get out to Champagne on courses and work stuff (I work in drinks).. and despite the fact that I should be an advocate for Champagne (I am), the English stuff is personally more exciting and I think the quality really is on a par, or better in some cases.

I love the still stuff coming out of Eng too, knocks me over that you can get great still PN now.
