I'm trying to figure out what I want later but everything is frozen.
Every time I go to mediate for the past 2 days I get pulled into the cosmic astral realm and that's not were I'm trying to go. It's instant too.... like within 10 minutes my inner self starts to rise and I feel myself leaving spiraling up and out through the serpentine belt and I have to stop. This isn't normal. Is anyone else experiencing this? There's some energy shift going on I think 🤔. Both times I was outside under the sun fully grounded. Not at night.
