I may have been the first to contribute to this, but was it intentional? in sense of seeking complete disassociation; yes. I wanted it to be recognised quite the opposite of what I am currently experiencing. will I do anything about it? no, it doesn’t trigger negatively for any longer.
Social media is designed to make it easier to communicate when you are fully committed to a particular group. so the majority of us does it in this order when finding a group of interests1- attract attention 2- imitate behaviors; here where a given group starts to engage you in making what you have adapted
Disharmony from within is a high form of intelligence because your internal system is very well trained to recognize any disruption in the pattern of harmony it is accustomed to, this change is mostly caused by external factors. This is where most people make the mistake of starting to look for harmony with nature instead of re-arranging from within first.
This is where meditation comes useful, as you are actually aligning mind, spirit and matter from within by remaining in complete isolation from external disposals in this case it is the world around us nature included.
