So, I’ve been reading a lot about carnivore diets on Nostr.

Having been mostly a non-meat eater my whole life and even vegan a couple of years ago, I'm curious if this diet might help my body perform better and reduce my constant fatigue and inflammation.

As a woman and a runner, I'm looking for insights on the best approach to transitioning to a carnivore diet.

Specifically, what considerations should I keep in mind, and who can I trust for guidance?

There’s so much conflicting information out there, and I feel that asking this on social media will just get me the usual negative comments.

I’d really appreciate any honest advice or personal experiences that can help me make an informed decision. 🙏🙏🙏

You will never lie to yourself. Sure you can lie to almost anyone around you as you’re a trained professional but that doesn’t change the fact that you are Love at your core.

On nostr I’ve decided what type of content I see simply by curating who I follow. I can unfollow or mute if I don’t like the content. Works better for the online experience that I’m trying to have.

I doubt it, I believe I almost orange pilled her and I payed her in BTC before on LN but I don't think she ever got the full conviction to save and store her economic energy in BTC. I'm sure she sold the BTC I sent her to try and forget about me. I tried 🤷🏼‍♂️

It was part of a poem I wrote for her for Valentine's Day this year, it came along with heart shaped sushi and a flower. The gesture made her cry but she left me not too long after that. Her loss
