So, I’ve been reading a lot about carnivore diets on Nostr.

Having been mostly a non-meat eater my whole life and even vegan a couple of years ago, I'm curious if this diet might help my body perform better and reduce my constant fatigue and inflammation.

As a woman and a runner, I'm looking for insights on the best approach to transitioning to a carnivore diet.

Specifically, what considerations should I keep in mind, and who can I trust for guidance?

There’s so much conflicting information out there, and I feel that asking this on social media will just get me the usual negative comments.

I’d really appreciate any honest advice or personal experiences that can help me make an informed decision. 🙏🙏🙏

I'm not on the carnivore diet myself but I do eat a lot of meat. My advice would be to keep it simple like eating the leanest beef (tenderloin, top sirloin, and flanks), pork loin and tenderloin, and chicken you can find. I do all my food shopping at local farmers markets. They ALWAYS have the best quality meats. None of that chemical garbage that they put in meats from chain food stores.

I'm 30k+ words into a book I'm writing on #Bitcoin, #energy, and #macroeconomics. I've been a bit frustrated lately as I haven't written anything in months (summer road trip, apartment search and then #moving apartments), but last night I had a brain storm and wrote 1k+ words!

I have some symptoms of a mix of #ADHD and #ASD so I often find it difficult to finish large projects, but I believe I will finish this book before too long. Never written a #book before, feels good to create something lasting. ❤️😊

In the meantime, what're your recommendations on good books to read?

I would say equally influential in a very compartmentalized fashion. With the Roman aqueduct system, the creation of road networks, the Colosseum, the Justinian code, the Julian Calendar, sewer systems, and excellent military organization all having a massive influence in western cultures.

Normies have been inundated with so many "conspiracy theories" and are so sensitive to peer pressure that they write these explanations off without a further thought.

What I believe will work for them, however, is a demonstration in a way that they can resonate with showing how Nostr and Bitcoin can solve their problems. The more user-friendly, the better.

Nowadays, you can bring them to tears simply by having a civil disagreement with them.
