I live in Canada so walking in snow is not the fun..when it’s gone I do too.. so mostly gym for winter months with a sauna recovery

I workout for about an hour a day.. weights or high intense cardio.. sometimes mild.. and I’m just fine at one meal a day
That’s what I do as well..coffee in the mornings .. wine on days off
