Yeh. I get it. Now grow a set and break it. π
The only thing missing is the open-mouthed moron yelling financial advice at you.
The main hurdle now is mainstream people not having savings. Everybody kinda knows that bitcoin goes up forever now, but people are simply too poor and too lazy (over privileged) to work for it.
This is why price is pumped by corporations and politics, rather than bottom-up savers.
The contract is BS. Tell them to shove it.
Now, let's say you earn $100k per year.
If you find a bitcoin job now, you might earn 2btc over the next 2.5 years.
If you wait out your contract and start your bitcoin job in 2.5 years, you'll probably only earn 0.25btc per year due to deflation.
So essentially you're foregoing around 2btc (worth 800k at that stage) because of a scary piece of paper.
This is financial advice.
What's the worst example of shrinkflation you have?
100 sats for the best.
For me, it's milk. Not only has the price gone up significantly, but now you need to buy the cream separately.

The only thing of worth you're going to have from your mundane, multi-decade career is any bitcoin you decided to stack. Nobody is impressed by your loyalty or how many participation trophies you received.
Trust me. You're just a number. A replaceable cog in a machine designed to rob you of your time. I've been there. I'm just grateful for bitcoin.
Sign #25 you might be a bitcoiner:
You're far more excited getting zapped on nostr than seeing your paycheck hit your bank account.
Bag(s)?
Like the bag(s) in the SBR?
I feel like a lot of people on here actually think simply applying the SBR (bitcoin or not) is going to have a lasting effect.
Of course they're ignoring the undeniable fact that unless you actually increase your productivity (proof of work) and efficiency, you don't advance.
There's too much bloat in western countries. The governments have a huge amount of unnecessary fat, like most of the people living in them.
They're sluggish, like the Windows operating system.
They're doomed to fail when everyone realises there's better, more efficient, healthier options.

I've been using the one strike policy:
Follow basically everyone that interacts with me (as long as they're active every week or so).
Then one note from them that 'feels' wrong, I unfollow.
#asknostr
Is there a decent FB marketplace clone for nostr yet?
