Intoku’s "Grandmaster" program uses only 2-year-old Certified Akaushi, often crossed with Angus, and then wet-aged over 30 days for next-level taste.

My dad used to say, years and years ago, that if a politician wasn't crooked when elected, he would soon become so, or be forced to leave. I thought it was a jaded view of the system. Turns out he was right.

Decided to visit the saints on the south side this morning.
Then had lunch at nearby padaria.
Before long, a nap, to gear up for north side meet tonight.
Every day is God's and like all else,
Giving him the first shows
That the rest also belong to him.
A friend came by and I fixed him coffee, gave him a piece of cake; he gave me an ear, and good company, and encouragement. I got the better end of the deal.
