A fun team retreat near Roslyn which is in the Cascade Mountains, about 80 miles east of Seattle. It was founded in 1886 as a coal mining company town. The town transitioned away from coal, and today its a cute place for tourists.

Cheesemakers have been producing Langres since the 18th century. In USA you have to pay significantly more compared to what it cost in France but it is so worth it!
