Stickers use the entire message, right? You can't add additional text. Seems like a separate event type.
But, it's almost exactly what the Fediverse does for custom emoji. It's a simple NIP. And people love emojis, so I think it'll be good. Although their demands for emojis won't stop here.
It's a numbers game. You submit enough dumb proposals, eventually one goes through. 😀
