On Nostr, we should a COUNT for votes on the poll author's relay.
When clients cast votes, they should deliver them to the poll author's relay.
This is a principle that clients should do in general for "p" tags.

At some point I realized it's actually the client's responsibility to handle deletions, not relays. And it works by not showing you data it can already access. Pretty backwards. Of course relays should also handle kind 5s, but due to the nature of Nostr it has to be handled by clients for it to "just work".

I closed all open MRs in Soapbox to clean up a bit. Stuff open that long likely isn't going to get merged, and now that the default branch is changed they're targeting the wrong branch.
People running Soapbox, these are the new commands to install and update Soapbox:

busybox unzip soapbox.zip -d /opt/pleroma/instance/static
The old commands should still work, but they are stuck in time. You won't get updated builds from it anymore.
