Anyone can VRBO or sign up to certain platforms no shortage.....but they must present working real ID, information
Address ...etc
Then he said - "I don't want people who invest, attend my bitcoin conferences or joined Nostr be defrauded" and then he tried to direct me to another fraudulent trading platform that's unregulated and you might not be able to withdraw your investment or it will be stolen and asked first for few hundred and then $50,000
I checked TCP platform with SEC, other government financial institutions- don't invest there.
It's fraud. This platform TCP just like bulltrade invests is not legitimate
Run by same group of criminals? Same scam or connected?

Most likely creature got some sort of assistance and that's what needed ti be investigated
