I don't really see a downside to this. I think it's both interesting and a positive addition. Non-lethal, but still can stop a fleeing or erratic individual. Provided they clearly did something immoral which also clearly injured another party. I like it. I hope more legal enforcement departments utilize this. And before you laugh, since it does possibly initially sound like a daydream from a Batman comic book (only because for some dumb reason, no one in legal enforcement actually tried it), it does actually produce excellent results. It has been tested in many legal departments. Plus, it doesn't hurt that I purchased a small amount of stock in this company a number of years ago when I first heard the idea introduced.

Apparently some claim that Satoshi Nakamoto's original wallet recently received another 24 Bitcoin. The wallet supposedly always had the original 50 mined Bitcoin but had been seemingly abandoned until recently receiving 24 more.
