I’m very pleased with Umbrel Home actually. It has made everything easier and they continue stacking features. Very happy in its ecosystem and their documentation pages are the best I’ve seen. Clear and interactive instruction videos. Awesome project!
That reminds me of MTV cribs - ballers showing closets full of white T’s for the same reason 😜

So I am curious, if you’ve got a channel open for inbound an outbound liquidity, why would you open more channels? How many do you have open?
Ok, I’ve sort of understood that indeed. Nice to have it explained again 👍 And do you run them publicly or privately?
The first step is the difficult one, just try on an old laptop or pc if you have one laying around 😉
I already got that up and running. Tried it first on an old laptop like you mentioned, had power and battery issues all the time. I run a bitcoin node on an Umbrel home now. It’s just the cost of the channel size, or forced closures I’ve read about that ik worried about…
Always pleased to hear your take. I would love for you to keep it up 👏
So how many channels are you operating? 😂
Thanx! This is helpful, I’m trying to get my hands dirty but also still a bit hesitant because I don’t fully understand it all yet 😊🙈
How large are your channels? And which peer(s) do you use? I’m trying to gauge the cost/benefit/risk/rewards 😉
Do you run your own node on alby (hub)?
Euhm… 🤔
Because it’s important and it works
Excellent piece of normy orange-pilling 💊 content!!
